Cancel or Change Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please act quickly! Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Time Limits

Order Changes: Contact us at hello@bravesprout.store within 24 hours after placing your order to request changes to items or shipping addresses.

Order Cancellations: Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. To ensure faster shipping and prompt delivery, our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately. This means your order is quickly prepared and forwarded to our shipping partners without delay, allowing us to get your items to you as efficiently as possible.

After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may still be able to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
